Instinctively and helplessly we collect shapes imbibed with meaning and intrinsic beauty from being crafted for a purpose and in that spirit, horse shoe nails were hung on necklaces in the nineteen-seventies. Horse table descended from horse light and is extreme and complex work in shaping tailoring metal,  striving for the right curve, detail and softly formed junctions.  All Bowles and Linares metalwork is crafted in house by Edgar Linares, who works with metal like a jeweller.  These bases are a real synergy of the craft and design skills of Bowles and Linares.

Horse table base is produced in various configurations and lengths as custom and in other finishes on request. Table tops can be cast in Bowles and Linares signature 37mm thick smooth cast concrete in natural pigments, hand carved wood or 15mm toughened glass.
